Emerald harvest quality

Using emerald harvest nutrients in 5 gallon fiber plants early veg 12"tall.do I feed till I get a bit of runoff or just 6 cups?

Thanks ,so feed till a little runoff so I sould water till a little runoff also?Read somewhere for plants my size 5-6cups.Getting confused lol

If you didn’t hear it here it would be hard for us to say but six cups in a five gallon sounds like constant watering
