End of flowering, less light?

I have read on a couple sites that during the last couple weeks of flowering, you should reduce the hours the light is on to 8 hours on, 16 hours off.

Does anyone on here practice that? I've heard this practice increases the crystal production.

Any thoughts?
Thanks, J

There are about as many opinions on that as there are ways to grow*l* Do your research..listen to others..get REALLY truly confused..then decide. Try diff methods, also depends on whether you sigle harvest or progressive harvest.

Ha! That's pretty much been my method of growing up until now.

I thought possibly anyone that had grown white widow before would know what's best. The crystals already look amazing on the plants, just thought there was a way to increase the production.

Thanks for the response, J
