ENEXPECTED GROW! Help

About a month ago, me and my friend were about to go smoke a bowl while i was picking out the seeds from the bag. We were bored so i decided to just plant about 5 of them in front of his house.We hoped they would grow but nothing happened.

Today, i got a picture mail of a sprout from my friend with the caption "OMG!"

Our plant had sprouted this morning. WTF do i do to keep it alive? Can i move it to a different, smaller pot so i can change locations before it gets too big, or will that kill it? (The plant is RIGHT in front of his house, and the po-po go down his street alot, so i wanna move it)

Also, should i water it 2 times a day or just one?
