A pic would help greatly... If it's between 6 - 10 inches with a lot of leaves starting out - that's normal...

She looks healthy but is rather small. What type and how much light you have her under? For me vegging under led or mh I usually have a plant between 8 to 14 inches after 25 days. But at least she looks healthy.

I started out with only 2 cfls..but now I have 4 cfls ..I'm hoping she starts to grow bigger

What size cfls? Ikm sure u can pull a decent crop off with them but if you have any spare change around maybe u can invest in led or 150 watt hps. Good luck and keep us posted on your grow.

should be fine with 4 CFLs now, but you should get more soon as she gets larger.
