Enough CFL's? OPINIONS NEEDED!!

I have four plants and 6 cfl's. 4 are 42 watt, 1 is 23 watt, and 1 is 13 watt. Is this sufficient for veg growth. PLEASE HELP! Im a newb

It'll Do but Not for Long .....

that should be enough for the four seedlings, but as they grow you will most likely need more to cover all parts of growth
