Enough Wattage?

Hello my uncle has his script and he has two healthy ladies,1 indica and 1 sativa. He vegged them for 5 weeks under a bunch of cfls. He then started blooming for three weeks under those same cfls before getting a 150 watt hps and a 400watt mh but the mh is a stadium llight or something like that. Im posting to ask if these two lights are enough to make sure these buds are dense.

I told him It is ragedy but can i get a serious response though. He said he's goin to hang it from the ceiling soon but i just want to know is that light legit? I never seen the budz a light like that grows. Why do i have to be a bad girl sucking man juices though

As you can tell by the others' sarcasm it isn't enough light. Many use 8+ cfls to grow just one or two plants.

As far as sucking man juice.. it does increase yield up to 25% if spit onto the soil.
