i bought the seeds from amsterdam and on the packet it says they can grow 3m tall but i dont know this is my fist. my mate is on his second grow his first wasent very potent but it looked and smelt great.carnt wait to get my light.i've got alittle ak seedling i'm planning on using as soon as i get it.thanks for the help

Yh get a dual spec hps blub Which is both and yes they are pritty good ..
as the Normal one is not great for vegging ..
So yh go for it man they are cheap as anywayz

if you get a floodlight hps 70w-150w they do ballast and bulbs with the floodlight

The Ones I've Seen R More Expensive And I'm Abit Strapped Fof Cash The One I Mentioned Is Only 28£ And A Hps Bulb I've Seen For 12£

The bulbs may be that much, but the reflector and ballast will be a lot more. I don't think you will get a HPS for £28. Just save up and wait until you can afford the right light, it is probably the most important piece of equipment you will buy.

Go To Enviro gro lite Website Duel Use Single Reflector 27.95 +p&p is that ok to use 150w -200w hps withor is a ballast something totally different

cheers mate good job some one told me.what i was going to do was buy the feflector with a 125w blue envirolite for veg wich would cost about £50 and get a 200hps to flower.so i need a ballast to run that set up?should i just get 200w red envirolite?i can get both for £80
