any of these?sorry mate i just havent got a clue.would runnig 125w blue envirolite for veg and 200w red for flower be as good
 
70w floodlight hps (comes all in one for half the price) which will be good for flowering 3 plants but the cfls might fine it hard to keep up and remember your gonna be useing 200watts of cfls and if you use the floodlight hps its only 70watts so that would be you cash on the bill
 
go for a hps but make sure that the one you buy has a Bulb as they all come with ballast which is the black thing ..so all you would need is wire and a plug

it shouldnt be doing that man when it gets dark ...
thats normally (too much water)(not enough water)(watering though the bottom so most of the soil at the top is dead and dry)(too much heat)(humidity)

i bet man i was doing it to my first for a while slowed growth coz it was all floppy
