Correction the gentleman with the red stuff in his face made a comment about why people of his "neighbourhood" have to be shining shoes.
The gentleman with the powerfist asked how much the other gentleman charges as he just heard the shoeshine bit.
The other gentleman then took offence and proceeded to get his own ass beat up and is probably concidering moveing out of state at the moment.
