Er little help please,first indoor,dr120 tent,600w hps

Ok,so i got my tent set up,set up my carbon filter linking to my cooltube and then out,all sorted.

I have a lumatek 600w digital ballast,the lamp started fine,and it all looks good.

My problem is guys,theres a slight flicker to the light,its not major or anything,and its blatently working ok(at least it seems!)

but yeh,theres a faint flicker,its very subtle,but its there.

i thought this may be because of the lumatek ballast,as its digital/electronic,i thought it may be constantly adjusting for best output,or something like that.

and it said the ballast was silent,but theres again,a subtle/faint buzz when its on.they are supposedly stress tested for 12hours in factroy,so i dont think its a dud or anything.

is this normal?anyone?really worrying me

my temp is about 73f in tent,and almost 50 percent humidity,will check this again

Well,any suggestions/advice,anyone with a digital ballast themselves?just kinda worried is all

my 600 lumatek/hortilux bulb combo flickered for most of the 1st 12 hour cycle then cleared up, just make sure your bulb is seated tightly. let the bulb cool 1st stoner! good luck with your grow!

awesome,it seems to have stopped now,i can notice it as much as i did,and it could be the extraction fan effect moving the edges of the tent,therefore making the light seem slightly flickery

ive got a phillips son t plus myself,yeh the bulbs definately in there,even tho its not fully down the helix,it got nice and tight and i couldnt screw it in anymore without risking bulb damage/breakage in my opinion.

as i installed it with my arm through the damn cootube,i didnt remove the bulb fixture,wasnt as tricky as i thought though
