I harvested 1 more plant today, so 3 cut at day 67. For a strain supposedly done in 9-10 weeks, Ethos missed the mark by a mile. I’m positive some plants will not be done by week 11 too. I’m in no rush, I want them well done this time. Theres a few more getting close, but maybe 7-8 plants will need every day I can give them.

I saw a guy on GrowDiaries takes his plants to 12+ weeks for this strain. Got great yield, strong buzz, interesting smells and flavors. I could probably take them that long if necessary, but I'm guessing his lights were not strong enough. Just a guess. We'll see........

Remember though, I'm a commercial grower and time is money. I don't necessarily have the luxury of letting them go on and on.

I forgot to mention at 9 weeks I changed the ON time of lighting down to 11 hours, from 12. At that point I was worried they'd be done in time so I wanted to give them a boost to finish.

Just finished watering, gave the room a thorough going over. Some heavy buds leads in there, really heavy stuff. I feel better now that most everything will be done by the end of 11 weeks. I'm feeling better about it all.

Now the question is do I stay with the Barney's Runtz strain I was planning on growing next OR go with the Zsweet, which will be here in time...........

hey Sshz, what about a 50/50 barneys runtz/ethos zsweet grow next time, you could make it work

Those 3 plants above are monsters. Everything is completed, I’ll put up pics later. One thing for sure, these later plants are the nuts- sour sativa goodness with what could be 4-5 oz per plants. These are the keepers, for sure.

I still have not touched the other side of the room in terms of harvesting, but there are 2 plants that have been ready. Maybe tonight or tomorrow.

Tuesday is 10 weeks flowering, 3 plants dried or drying, and 2 more plants will be cut today. So, 5 of 21 plants done when the were all supposed to be finished. There’s definitely more very close to being done too. To help things further along, I’ll reduce the light ON time another hour, so it will now be 10 on, 14 off. I expect by week 11, 90% will be chopped.
