Ever had brown weed that got you really baked?

Back in the day when you had to walk up hill to school and up hill to go home all I ever saw was brown weed thats all I knew of........I guess I'm like dirtsurfr when it came to weed back in the day all I was intrested in was the B U Z Z not what it looked like what can I say it was the 70's

i scored some in 84 that looked like captain black pipe tobacco,Smelled like mule shit,and had a gold tint. It was awesome,It had a kill buzz and made you laugh.

I live in the usa, but in this area about 98% of the stuff on the street comes from Mexico and all of it is brown and seedy. What sucks about that the most is you could never tell if it was decent or not until you tried it. A lot of it was crap, but some of it was incredible. I haven't bought any of it since I started growing 6 years ago, but some of that brown Mexican stuff was definately better than some of the weaker strains I've grown myself.

Right before I began growing I bought an ounce of some really good brown stuff and saved the beans. The plants I grew from those beans produced the best smoke I have ever had.
