Ever seen a seedling like this? (Bagseed)

So I have this little 'runt' seedling that is roughly 9 days from sprout today (this is my first grow) that has some very odd looking leaves that I've never seen on a seedling before, just curious if anyone's ever encountered this and if it's most likely just bad genetics from this specific bagseed?

Seedling in question:
Day 5:

Day 9 (today):

Notice the almost flat edges to those first nodes and the little white things growing out of their ends? None of my other plants have shown anything like this and the above seedling is from the same bag I got all the seeds from so I'm just curious is all :P

Don't worry, it's just some minor deformity, they probably got damaged whilst in the shell or after coming out. The second set of true leaves look normal.

Just let it go. Deformed leafs are not unhear of. My current grow is half clones from a bag seed plant. I think i found a nice one here. Some people bash on bag seeds and say bad unknow genetics are nit worth messing with but how do you think peopke started to grow weed? Seed banks and breeders have not always been around. That said not all bag seed turns out good.

That happens every time I take a seed casing off myself, instead of letting it drop naturally. Only effects growth for the first week. After that identical growth to same strain seedlings. At least that's what my notes and experience say.

Yes I have.

Every plant is going to be different and have a variety of leaf shapes, sizes, and color because that is how nature works. Genetics and stuff.

Awesome news, thanks for the replies everyone!

I was afraid it wasn't going to be worth saving but it looks like it will be just fine by the sound of it :D; I decided not to remove any seed shell remnants by hand and let them fall off on their own so maybe this one had a little oddity escaping its shell like @Gregor Eisenhorn and @Urbz said.

If anyone happens to still check this post (so I don't have to create another thread and be too annoying), could you perhaps give me guidance on when you think my other seedlings will be ready for a transplant?

They're currently in Miracle Gro (I know, I know, gross!) and I'm just itching to transplant them into some 2gal-5gal pots of FFOF I just bought yesterday.

Please don't mind my atrocious grow setup (CFLs and on a window sill... :spew:), this was a completely last minute grow; I will be soon investing money (within a week) into a way better setup (400w HPS + A mylar enclosed closet (4.4 x 2.6 x 7.3, Scrog maybe until i can get a tent) + Following this Neptune's Harvest feeding schedule for a cheaper nute but still effective route my first go around)

After transplant I'm pretty sure I should avoid all nutes for 6 weeks or so to give them some time to suck up the nutes already in that FFOF?

Anyways, to my babies:

Unknown Strain Bagseed #1 | Day 16
This one has been outgrowing my other plants by a pretty large margin, only being a few days older, I read that the faster growing ones usually end up males? Not sure if this is just a myth or not. Also, I'm a newb at diagnostics yet, but it looks like the two biggest node's leaves are starting to claw - maybe from the nasty Miracle gro?

Unknown Strain Bagseed #2 | Day 15
My most consistent seedling so far imo, steady growth, no crazy stretching despite lighting/watering being the same as all the others.

Unknown Strain Bagseed #3 | Day 12
Again, another consistent seedling, decided it would be my first to get a nute feeding of Neptune's Harvest Fish fertilizer 2-4-1 (10mg per gallon) as a test, seems to be holding its own nicely.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks a lot again guys!! I still have a loooooooot to learn but I'm having an absolute blast absorbing all the knowledge I can :).

Your plants are looking good. And hey. We all got to start somewhere. Even I'm using bag seed. I've popped 3 beans all at the same time. And they're all different heights. One's 5cm. The others are 3cm and 1cm.

It is slightly different to see them do that. It's even cooler when they've got 3 cotelydons and then follow suit with their leaves.

Probably a little overwatered in the beginning. Leaves get stubby when the plant gets overwatered sometimes, or it could be a random deformity.
