Young blood, fresh faces, that is what the left needs next election cycle, not more of the same old same old.2028 is gonna be interesting......Harris/Newsom ticket
I’m not hating on either Kamala, or Gavin, but at this point both are past their prime’s politically.
Kamala lost while vying for the presidency on a campaign she didn’t have time to plan for.
As much as I believe she won her debate against Trump, after that, her campaign really fell short trying to connect with the voters.
She lost the last election, so the general public, for better, or worse, will always see her as a loser.
Gavin’s been in California too long, he should have run for president years ago, but kept taking the backseat to others.
He didn’t step up when he’s had the chance to run for the big one before.
So he may be a well groomed, smooth talker, but his lack of stepping up previous makes him look like a pussy that you can’t take seriously.
Both are seen as “losers” in the eyes of the general public thanks to Trump, and other Republicans, constantly putting them down without much of a real fight.
That’s what helped make Obama so exciting, we barely knew his past, so the right didn’t have enough time to label him in the public’s eyes.
Thus a potential winner is born, rather than a probable loser, and being able to have that mindset can make all the difference in the world.

If the democrats seriously want to win the presidency in 2028, there’s only one name that can sit a top the ticket, Luigi Mangione.
So what if he’s a convicted criminal by then?
So is Trump.
It would be Robin Hood versus the King, the 99% versus the 1%, Balboa versus Creed.
Who’s your money on?
