Exhause Fan Control?

I've got a great 6" exhaust fan. But does anyone know how to regulate the heat in the room w/ it. Do I hook a thermostat up to the electric that turns the fan off/on or what. Also, what's up with the temp? What the fuck is the optimal temp for growing? I've heard 65-90 degrees? (what!?!?!?):weed:

One more question. How do you regulate the co2 w/ the exhause fan so I don't suck all the co2 out? Help me out. I have all the tools, Just need to figure how to put it all together.

Yeah, you can hook a thermostat to the thing that turns it on and off. kinda like an AC. The best temp for most marijuana strains is mid 70's to 80's. some strains will change color with night temps at 65 deg. or lower. your room should always be warmer in the day, than it is at night.

As for co2. you need somthing that will measure the ppm of co2 in the room. around 1500ppm is best for growing marijuana. but can be very harmful if a person is in a room with 1500ppm for too long. there are many things you can buy to measure the the amount of co2 in the room. put it close to where the co2 is being released so you dont end up with an very dangerous amount of co2 in one part of the room.

i dont know for sure if the fan will suck it all out, it shouldnt be too big of a deal with a 6 inch fan. but how big is your grow room?
