exhaust fan question

So need a lil help from an experienced person. On my indoor setup I have a house fan(its the fan for the ac systen of a house) rated 1300 cfm 110volt 9amps. The fan sits on the floor with about 2.5 feet of 10 inch duct going thru floor w a horti shroom filter. Then it turns into 8inch ductingng from fan thru 3 block buster 1000watt 8 inch hoods. I run 2 lights constant and 3rd kicks on the last 4 weeks of flower. The question Would I get better air flow with a 10 inch 1000 cfm fan pushing and 1000 cfm pulling threw the lights. I n both numbers equal greater cdm. Fans are 230 roughly a peice. I dont have any ssues as it is but each 1000 cfm is 1.9 amps and what I am running now is 9 amps would you switch. Thanks in advamce
