Im growing this season outdoors my second time around for my medicinal garden with 9 black widow Mr. Nice guy strain but im gettin a new place in the winter and plan to move my garden indoors. Indoors is all new to me and trying to decide if its worth it or not since yield will be alot less per plant but i can harvest 4 times/year.
My outdoor plants yield a little more then a pound each. but if i get a new house and decide to dedicate an entire room in the house to growing i want to make sure its worth the investment. Id prob start with soil instead of hydro and use HPS lighting. But wats a general expectation of yield per plant in my medicinal indoor garden? ive heard 2-8 ounces (depending on experiance of course and strain)
i appreciate the help guys

well i have to say im talking to a worthy adversary here, i've never done hydro but im an experienced indoor grower and the thing is if you grow in a closet no bigger than a meter (about 3 feet) wide than depending on the strain yes u will only get about 2-8 ounces depending on the strain, but if u can do a room even a small office size room then much bigger yeilds are possible especially since you have HPS lights its all about LIGHTING, ventalation and NUTRIENTS when u grow indoors. just as a guide 28500 lumens can support a square meter.

ya im planning on dedicating an entire bedroom or the garage and insulate it to make a grow room with two seperate sections; one veg/clone room anfd the other for flowering. im thinkin 3 600watt HPS lamps for the flowering room with like 12 plants
