I have a plant that is at or a day under 2 weeks since showing sex...I started with there got s male and have two sativa females that were random bag seed. I took a clone from one plant the day I saw it was female....the pistils are turning a purple/brown all over the plant. I pruned it so the bottom half is empty bot from the middle up every bud site has this same effect. Most look as if Its just the tips with the color some all the way. Can someone please tell me if this is mold or possibly a strain color or something? My other plant has grown side by side and all pistils are white. Mostly been outside for the 12 of lights and brought in every night for 12 hours of dark with two fans and closet door open....plenty of ventilation.......any help is appreciated ...I don't see how my clone would have got moldy....I took four clippings...one from that plant three from the other....only one of four clones in water bottle have that same color....please comment first pic is clone....last three are random bud sites

If the plant began flowering and then went back into veg, the pistils will often die off. When you flower it again, it will grow new white pistils.

That is not botrytis (bud rot) It doesn't even look like it.

Also looks like you have heat stress (the folded leaves at the top) Has it been overly hot outside?

Check the roots carefully for bugs as well.

I didn't put the plant back in flower...it has been in 12/12 for a month and a week...took 3 weeks to show sex....yeah its been low 90s...I didn't think it looked like rotting but I don't know. Ho do I check the roots in a pot?
