Update on the timber kit. Plants effin loving these lights. Excuse my ladies I just LST them both.
Very nice. My timber grow lights are awaiting shipment. Very excited. I'll finish out this plant with them & my platinum, then I'm going to start a journal for the next round of 2 plants.

Also I thought I was very smart by planning to put a dwc bucket outside this year, but much like when I thought up the idea of communism as a child, someone had already come up with it. Unlike communism, however, this is actually a good idea.

Edit: I upgraded to a 10 gallon bucket and insulated the air line from my basement.

I'm not to sure how much of a difference the cones make. I'm still new to the cob's
Pretty sure its about a 120 degrees spread with the cones off, 90 degrees with cones on, cones just focus light to a tighter area, really need a par meter to test your setup so you can adjust lighting as needed to make sure your getting the ppfd you want, i bought one because i dont want to guesstimate what my light is outputting, going to run some tests with my setup and ill post readings i found, spacing of lights, cones on and off, light distance, ppfd readings

Hi @Morth

Thank you for your order - we appreciate it. Since our products are all built to spec, there is a lead time associated with them. The kit products generally ship within 1-2 business days. Since all our frames are machined in house, the current lead time for framework is roughly 5-7 business days currently, although that does fluctuate, and we are working to shorten the lead time on both product lines.

Additionally, we will email you with your tracking information as soon as your light is completed, has passed test/QC and is ready to ship. In the interim, if you need anything else, I am always happy to assist.

Have a good day.

Regards,
Dan

I can't measure the gain bounty hunter but I've DCed the single potentiometer for 3 drivers and 18 COBS. That's a cool little MacGyver move and its endorsed by Dan. Give it everything you have. It would be nice but not necessary to know what tangible benefits there are. Maybe I'll just go and stare at the light.

Hey Morth are you buying or building your frame. I built mine but I didn't have an option when I bought my kits. In hindsight I'm still glad I put my own together. My next build will attempt to make the cobs adjustable in the frame. I'm liking these lights. I've only seen one other light that does a better job.

@Rottedroots buying a little lazy and not really all that artistic. If everything came cut and drilled i would do it like my light bar. Have http://timbergrowlights.com/200-watt-cree-cxb3590-square-framework/ comming in 3500. Want two of those in my 2x4. Then want http://timbergrowlights.com/600-watt-cree-cxb3590-4x4-framework/ for my 5x5 with not sure mix of 3500 and 4000 for flower. Well that's my goal also trying to get the money together to see if my buddy can build Growmau5's 10k giveaway light that thing is nice.
