EXPERTS: Do I need to COOL this environment/grow room?

STATS:

Grow Room: on entire second floor of a house.
Size: 18'x21'
10:12 vaulted ceiling
(6) 1K MH/HPS
Altitude: mile high
Climate weather: 55f average high / 22f average low. Sunny days.

Okay, the furnace is on the downstairs, and it can just act as a fan as well (gas forced air into the second floor).

So do you think the 6K in lights will produce enough heat that I'll need to cool them? Thoughts?

55 yah, it would keep it warm... not in the 20's sry man... just get a space heater or if you can easily insulate the room.. also a grow tent will help bud you would need more than one for 6 1k lights

Thanks for the reply, c5rftw....Im not worried about the cold...ONLY too much heat. The house has a furnace so I can adjust the heat up if I need to...but cooling it would require me to add some fans and duct work.....WHAT ABOUT 8K WATTS?

Of course you will need to cool it. Maybe not so much on those 22 degree days, but as you get into spring it'll get hotter than hell in there.
8000 watts - that's enough to heat a space close to 10 times the size of your growroom - so start planning.
I actually think you'll reach critical temperatures on day one - even if it's 0 degrees outside.
