How is the yield though? Whatever it is, it would almost double if you used the right spectrum at the right time.

no, ive used all red spectrum for vegging plenty of times and all blue and it doesnt really make a difference if you use all of one type or another, however i have found a mixed spectrum to give better results than either by themselves.

interesting well i had bad news i turned on these 75watt daylights and was smoking and passed out and woke up and it was 117 degrees lol in my closet needless to say i burn the shit outta them put anyways i was planning on starting over since i seen i snapped more of my roots and thats y they werent growin at all
