EXTRACTION FOR GROW CUPBOARD

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help I need to get some ventilation for my grow cupboard I've worked out that I need a 107m3/h fan but will that be enough to keep the temperature optimal as I am using a 600 watt hps in a 3x3x7ft space I just thought with the heat it would need more ventilation

I duno man I'm no genius here I'm still on my first grow but my 250W HPS heats it to the point where I have an extractor fan, a cool tube and some frozen gallon bottles of water in there and its about 2x2.5x6ft so a 600W I feel is definitely going to give you some serious heat. In hindsight I wish I would have gone for a larger extractor fan so I would suggest going for something that moves too much air then slowing the fan down with a speed controller to your needs. That'll keep it relatively quiet as well.

Thanks could you please help me with this I bought seeds from justfeminized and they were light green but germinated and now in coco just doesn't seem to be growing it's sitting on the surface of the coco now but that's been like 5 days and no change the temp is 25-25.5 and humidity 35-40%

Did you just put it on the surface of the coco or did you bury it under? I can't really tell from the photo but it looks like the taproot might be sticking out under it, either way you need to bury it until its properly sprouted or light will damage the roots and it might not sprout, have you been watering it?

I put it about 2 cm deep and covered with coco I've been spraying twice a day morning night
well hopefully all will be good but I might try popping some other seeds if I were you because if you leave the seed out in the open it gets dry and dies pretty quick so I don't know how well that'll go

The seed was f**ked sprouted then stopped germinating was a dud
I duno man it might have just been because it was left out like that, if the taproot dries out it dies pretty fast at that stage. Try germ'ing another seed and this time putting it in as opposed to on top of the coco so that no light gets to it, you don't want it to be too deep in or it will take a while to sprout but if its too close to the top it'll dry out fast and also if any light is hitting the roots that will damage it. I use little root riot cubes and just stick a toothpick in to make a hole then just push the seed taproot down into the hole and so far nothings gone wrong.

you should soak the cubes in water first before you put the seed in, they should be wet but make sure you squeeze the excess water out before you put the seed in
