Youre best off to do what Cheeto says... and if u have a extra 100... buy a mh bulb... OR insted of that... buy a HPS/MH conversion... so you can use mh or hps from the same one insted of buying two... saves u cash and makes your crop grow

thanx celticman but the thing on amazon says 277volts??? wat does that mean??

tilltheday: im spending NO more than $80 on lighting this light would be with other stuff AND im using only CFL's

well you want... Cool light CFL's for Veg... and Warm light CFL's for FLOWER.

you want about 4-5 for Veg... of the Cool light CFL's, and warm light CFL's you want about 5 to 10 of them mate.

just fuck that light man... you dont need it... get CFL's those lights that u were lookin at mate... there around $100... there more expensive then HPS/MH for just the bulb of a 400 wat.. its around 30-60 bucks...but if you buy it with the ballast and reflector its min 100

if you have $80 go to ebay I got my 1000 watt system for around that shipped with reflector hood and bulb.Buy used.and if you only gonna get 1 get the hps versus the MH but both are best.I got my 400 watt mh and hps setups with everything shipped for like $65..Ebay is great for this stuff
