Extremely slow growth and unhealthy. Advice?

Your coco may not entirely dry out within a single day, and if you're watering too often it doesnt matter what your medium is, the plants will still be getting too much and everyone can see these plants have had too much. Too much water, too much food.

Plenty of people are growing heavy strains that can take a lot of water and food, but what they are doing has no bearing on your plants.
Your plants are suffering from being over cared for. So simply give them less care.

XD it worked before lol. the problems arose after I left them on the drip feed system and got water logged i told you. I had much success before keeping the coco consistently moist. But I still should of started in smaller pots and transplanted. it has cost me a lot of time. Still, in a few weeks all should be well I hope and the bottom undergrowth won't matter so much anyway. I'll provide updates as time goes on...

I am going to try watering daily again... because as i said I let the medium dry out for 5-6 days and then I felt they were getting worse! the older leaves were starting to yellow as the new ones sprouted so I am personally assuming the plants are feeding off of themselves to create new growth so they need more food....

I could be wrong but that's the direction I am going for the next week or so. We will see the difference shortly...

Like i said in the comment above... I did let the medium dry out for 5-6 days last week after hearing this advice elsewhere but the plants seem to be doing worse off now... I am going to feed daily and see what the result is. I'll post an update next week it will be interesting to see who's right because I am genuinely confused myself xD

you are so wrong

Well 2 weeks later feeding every day and the plants have exploded! some are further than others and I lost a top on 1 of them but still I am sure they will even out in another couple weeks. Everything looks great! It always amazes me just how fast these things go when everything is ideal!
