This is probably common knowledge but Ill post anyway because I wasted a bunch of time on it.
EZ-Cloner tips are about 21-31GPH.
Most mag drive pumps have barely any head pressure. they dont push much PSI.
After fighting with pumps and number of sprayers I finally got it.
1. 1/2" hose from pump is only good for less than 10 sprayers. I was beating my head against the wall because my math was not working out. pump was 396gph and it wasnt doing crap through the sprayers. Finally went to a 3/4 hose and its blasting like nobodys business. I just assumed a little 396 wouldnt be able to keep up with a 3/4" hose. i was very wrong.
2. Head pressure. It makes a noticeable difference if your res is full vs very low. Since the pumps have no pressure ANY head height kills any pressure it does have. Filling the res up puts pressure on the pump and helps it. Shouldnt be an issue in a production run but I was doing a lot of sprayer testing with the pump barely covered in water... didnt help my tests.

if you are going pump to 1/2" PVC you usually wont have trouble. Things like aerocloners etc. My issues cropped up because Im running aero with a remote res. so was fighting head pressure and flexible hose size.
