Im sure enzyme work i do it a different way. I just got root rot on a Og Kush #18 a mother i had for 3 months now. I changed the water every 3 days 2.5 gallon put in 35% H2O2 5ml per gallon with 3ml per gallon of SM-90. I also got the house and garden root excel. after about 2 and a half week i finally beat it. took off all the dead root and got nice long shiny white roots again. The trick is consistency. Im sure there's plenty of other way but this one work and i know from experience.

Use some h2o2 in the water simple!
A tip though it will drop your ph and you will need to raise it!

try 5ml per gal Hydrogen peroxide with pure water flush. if possible cut off dark slimy root, its dead anyways. this will set back your grow and effect your yeild..... but if it makes it its not a total loss....:bigjoint:

well last night i emptyed the res and clleaned it out then filled with 30 gal ro water and 200 ml. 30%h202 plus 100ml floraclean. today I'm going to the store to get all new tubing for between the buckets and some synsizym or hygrozyme. I'm goingto replace all the tubing and throughly clean out all buckets and res. and see if I cant keep whats left alive for another 3 weeks and get some kind of harvest out of it. so far I've lost 7 of 18. this shit sucks big time......

well i switched out all the tubing, cleaned every thing out really good and then refilled the res w/ alight dose of bloom nutes and 10ml hygrozyme, the dude at the shop said it the best enzyme you can buy. I've got one plant in there that is looking like she about to wither up and die, but maybe with the new setup she'll pull through. igot my fingers crossed.

you should be shooting for a sterile rez in your situation... just saying from experience.

the enzyme product, in this case hygrozyme (which i have and used to use), will feed both the good & bad bacteria.

right now, the balance in your system is tipped toward the bad guys... so why nourish them?

h202 (5 ml per gal) or bleach (6 drops per gal)

the above poster who told you about more frequent rez changes & h2o2 gave you some sage advice.
