4 weeks into flower. Moved some stuff around and apparently switched my timer to on...they went 6 hours with light they shoud
ldnt have been getting....is this bad?

yes they should be fine long as you dont make it a habit lol

just double check,visually, that light/timer is turning on and off at proper time

I did the same thing last grow with a flakey timer a couple times. HIDs went off but CFLs stayed on all night. Can't see it caused any problems.
