I've seen those on a leaf from time to time but as long as everything looks good I dont usually worry. Maybe scale back on grow big?

That is most likely pest damage, probably gnats.Looks like from something sucking on the underside of the leaves, if you start to see deficiencies, most likely from the poison in their saliva making your plant sick.

Neem and Karanja mix. spray weekly.

I would get on it, gnats can carry broad mites, which would be very bad.

azamax if you want to kill every gnat. 99.99% of gnats come in the soil you buy, i treat my soil with azamax and never had a gnat problem DONT use sticky traps regularly, since they are attracted to it, it will bring more in from outside, only use them for a day or two.

Alright I order both neem and karanja cold pressed online. Do you recommend adding soap? I saw somebody say they do but it sounds kind of harmful

Yes I add soap, you can find free and clear soap at the store. I spray my floors, walls, pots, top of the soil, door into the room, everywhere man, it's good IPM practice.
