Faded Streaks on Select Leafs

I cannot find anything anywhere on this, and anything I have found was not helpful in solving the problem. I have these faded leaf streaks, and they are on almost all of my plants now. Here is a picture now to help you discern what it is.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

They're squiggly. Sorry about photo btw, cameraphone ;(
lol..no problem man. The squiggly lines are from bugs called leafminers. Neem should work just fine.

edit: btw, leafminer damage is mainly cosmetic. They rarely do enough damage to affect the entire
plant. Be sure to soak the undersides of the leaves too (as much as possible anyway). DO NOT spray
neem with the lights on, it'll cook your plants. Not trying to insult your intelligence, you probably knew
that already.

Thank you so much! + Rep for help, and good information. I would agree with you on the mainly cosmetic, they've maybe affect 2% of 4 leaves, in the 2 weeks since I noticed the first streak. Was worried it might of been a fungus or something. Going to pick up some neem just in case though.
