Fan Affecting Leaves??

I'm growing 6 plants in a closet. Been on 12/12 for about 2 weeks. Everything looks good so far except one thing which also affected my first grow.

The problem is the leaves closest to the oscillating fan dry out to a crisp. It only affects the plants that are next to the fan and only the side of the plants that are facing the fan. The tips are not curling. I've ruled out any kind of nute deficiency or toxicity since it only affects leaves closest to the fan. Could the fan be too strong or too close to the plants? The fan runs 24/7.

Humidity is 30% to 50%. Temps during light hours are 74 - 80 degrees.

Any ideas?

Use some type of deflecter the keep air off the closest plants. Like Plastic or cardboard?

umm never heard of that relly before...are the fans moving or just still??... if u can id move the fans away from the plants a bit...nd put it on a slower setting u dont really need ur fan to be on 24/7 its good to have it one that long but i usually shut it off when i turn off my lights....i keep one fan on... circulating so no mold devleops..how many fans u got runnin?

also i usualy have my humidty set more than that...so theres moisture in the air that also may help....the more humidity the more damper the leaves are gunna be which is better than them being crispy...

I have 2 fans total. One that is for cooling the light and the other for move air across the plants.

The fan for the light runs only when the light is on. It's hooked up directly to the reflector.

The fan that moves air across the plants is an oscillating fan set on it's lowest setting. This fan runs 24/7 and is rather close to the plants due to space limitations.

The fan being too close along with humidity that is lower than optimal during light hours is most likely the problem.

yeah, move that fan...or install a dimmer or something, and bump the humidity a bit if possible.
