I've noticed a problem this morning with one of my plants a few big fan leaves have started curling/rolling upwards. Any idea to what could cause this?

It looks like heat stress. Your room temp might be 75, but if the light is too close, you'll have radiated heat from the bulb that causes the leaves to behave just like yours.

Bleaching is what you'll get when the leaves turn yellow to light green, just went through that with a grow. I have a 600w system and once I moved the lights to two feet away they went back to a healthy green. I would almost bet that your problem isn't too much light but too much heat. Unfortunately you'll need to get a good hi-output inline fan to control the heat in your tent. Don't even waste your time going to hd or lowes for one, order online and expect to pay $100 or more. Some how, some way you need to control the heat. The other thing you should have is a fan up high on the test for exhaust and put an inlet hole down low on the tent to maximize coolness.
