This plant suffered a minor nitrogen toxicity like a week b4. And now a week later I’m noticing some serious lighten of the shade of green it had. Would like to hear some of y’all thoughts on what it could be?

As noted above, you're short on Mg...be sure it's not tied up by your pH and / or by the excess N.

Dolomite will take time to break down and become available; typically. Be sure you have the time, otherwise, Epsom salt is your friend.
Top dress or just mix it in some water/the nute soup. How much should be applied?

There are foliar methods too.
That’s prolly going to be my method, just put some in water and spray, I’ve heard the “spray is the quickest way to get the nutes in the plant
