can i cut off my fan leaves to give bottom buds light?

Don't cut the fan leaves off. Use side lighting or tuck your leaves.

myplants are about 3 1/2 weeks in to flowering thay allready have nice buds on the main cola's but have tiny lil buds on lowed branches i lstd it and the top branches are spiralled in a circle and the lower branches get no light due to this
