Fan on plant

Its beneficial to have a fan blowing on your plants correct?

You want your fan to do three things:
-Make plants 'shake' for strength
-Move air humidity around whole room
-Move heat away from leaf canopy

Fans have been blowing directly on mine since it was about five weeks old. We had two nights of a frost two nights in a row in an unheated greenhouse. Temp went to 2C both nights and plant is still looking great and fan is still on it. It’s about six week flower. Just hoping for another couple weeks nice wether.
