So I've tried working it out online and can't seem to find the answers I need.
My tent is 2.4mx2.4mx2m
What sout of intake fan do i need? I have an exhaust fan that is 800m3/h
Is this too big?
And what is the best way to set up the ventilation system.
Any help would be much appreciated

No need for intake fan.

Go filter - fan - ducting to cooltube (if using one) or just straight out the tent if not using one.

That fan should be ok depending on how much light you are going to use.

Do you think it would work to run ducting straight out of the tent into the exhaust fan and through more ducting outside to a carbon filter?

No but I was going to run a fan on a thermostat that sucks the hot air from the top and recirculates it at the bottom instead
Ok. Just go filter to fan and then duct out of the tent and preferably into another room or outdoors.

Filters are better to have air drawn into them rather than pushed out through them.

So Im comfused to why you would not want to use air intake. Unless you are just going to use the passive air vents with exhaust. Which is what it sounds like. 4x4x6 is a good bit of cubic feet and if you are going to be pulling or pushing through a CF then you are going to need a high CFM Fan.

so would it work ok to have the exhaust fan sucking air out of the tent into a carbon filter? I dont want to have fans and filters in my tent as it gets to conjested my exhaust fan is 800cfn on thermostat and fan controller. tent is a 2.4m by 2,4m by 2m high.it is in its own insulated room and im running 4 600watt lights should I run a fan sucking hot air from out the top and blow it back into bottom of tent? and should I run induction fans aswell? and how big?

I will be drawing air in from the room that tent is in and exhausting it outdoors into a carbon filter will that work ok? as we live in cold climate and I want stable air temp going in

He's not growing in a 4x4 and passive air is all that's needed.

I've always pulled air through a filter. So have no idea. Should work, but I wouldn't do it that way

You can push or pull through CF doesnt matter. Although the ideal way is to pull. If you have to push then the prefilter needs to be installed before the air passes through.

Whatever man, hey listen I dont want any trouble.
Are you for real. He said at the start that he is growing in a 2.4mx2.4m tent. You came in and said he is growing in a 4x4. 4 feet is basically 1.2m. That's all I was clarifying. There is no issues. It's just simple metric vs imperial math.
