Fan wiring help/confirmation needed

First timer here. Setting everything up and am at the point where I need to wire my fan. It's a Soler & Palau Mixvent TD-150. From the threads I've read, it seems that the easiest (while still safe) route is to take a thick computer power cord, cut off the computer end and wire that to the fan.

I have my cord ready but when I popped the electrical box on my fan, I was not sure where the ground was. I easily found the two "live" wires for the two speeds, the common "neutral" I was expecting, and a capacitor (was not expecting and not sure what to do with).

So I know where to hook the hot wire (depending on speed I desire) and the common, but where does the ground attach to?

Please see the pictures below for reference and thanks!

According to the installation manual, "Models TD 100, 100x, 125, 150 & 200x are double insulated and are not provided with external ground wire."

The .pdf is available at the URL you provided.

Thanks. I did come across that after I posted. Apparently I was not all there :eyesmoke: when I read it the first time.

Man, I wish I was not all there... Dryer than dry around here. That's why I'm going to give the grow a try...if Nirvana ever gets me my seeds.

I did forget to mention something on the previous post. Be very careful around the capacitor. They can hold very strong charges, even when not plugged in.....
