Thanks, I'll be updating this thread soon I've just been waiting on my clones to root that way I can get my cab full again cuz I'm only 1/4 full right now and not harvesting every week like I wouldve been if I didn't kill a bunch of plants over powdery mildew!!!

Surely you mean 4K equivalent? Watts are watts are watts........doesnt matter what uses them but if you use an actual 4K watts then youre gonna pay for it. Now the fact that 1K actual watts from CFL is supposed to equal 4K I can see it only bumping your bill up 20-30 bucks.

Although we all must admit, running an equivolent 4K CFL is not going to do anything near running 4K of actual CFL and never touch 4K of HID

I think CFL is awesome......it does a great job for people with tight restricitons like not being able to vent HID and all that. You can produce pretty decent stuff with less hassle and aggravation.

Alright folks the time has come for me to update my thread here and get it rolling again. I'm currently running a test on 4 of my Alaskan Thunder Goo clones of what nutes give me a bigger yield. Will it be Fox Farm Grow Big & Tiger Bloom??? or will it be GH Flora Nova Grow & Bloom??? They are being grown in Black Gold Coco Blend which I am loving so far! They will also be each fed Superthrive and Molasses with their nute mix and they have been flowered at 3" which is my sweet spot for this strain and last time in coco I had the best results I've ever had and so far from the looks of this Maui Wowi x Tooty Fruity I have in week 4 I'm going to achieve what I'm expecting out of the Goo in coco....


This is after 10 days of flowering her at 3.5" and topped once

This is 15 days into flowering looking beautiful

Here we are at 20 days of flowering already white with crystals

Same thing here so this year looks good for me!!! I'm on a mission to beat my buddy's yields in his HID setup with my lil ol cfl's cuz I'm going to do a rubbermaid grow too but they are the biggest ones I've seen!!! cheap too! They are at Emigh Hardware and they are black 45 gal tubs!! I can fit a good 12 plants in there and I want to do 8-10 42w 2700K bulbs in it oh yea buddy it will be good times :weed:

well im trying to get an 4 x 8 shed up and running but its hard to get electicity 100 yards into the woods........ but ill get it done in the next few weeks then i can really make some magic happen

very nice dude loving those sticky buds bro. getting my grow cab project underway very soon just recieved my ice and mazar x afgan seeds couple days ago so will be droping by for inspiration from time to time . would luv to rep you bro but still cant do it, ive been told how but to much of a noob i guess.

just dont string extenstion cords out there!, I would recommend romex and conduit and bury it 6in min.

nah i was gonna get like 200 ft of wire then get a male and female plug then bury it like 5+ in under the ground hahah

Im eventually going to attempt an organic soil, CFL, perpetual SOG.

I read most of your thread but didnt notice how long your veg.ing. Im thinkin as soon as the clones root you send them to flowering..?Seems like a great system. Gorgeous nugs bro
