Farm worker skill set in the home garden, any help ?

For a start general plant knowledge how to care for them also time management skills as well come into play I would also assume you will be trained in pesticides/fungicide and ipm strategy's already since you been in the plant game for a while anyway best of luck mate just remember if your passionate and actually care about your work it shows too
