So far it's only a suspicion but the bodies are always found drowned. On some of them there is evidence of torture but water tends to destroy most evidence so there isn't really much to go on. He´s such a mysterious character , he was one of the only popular serial killers never to caught.
Like a modern age jack the ripper we never found out his true identity , when i was a kid i used to have nightmares
about him wearing his trademark hood and bulseye on his clothes , what´s scarier than a faceless killer chasing
you with a knife , it´s somethin straight out of and horror movie
Plus his case files are so complex , he left so many clues that even today haven+t been solved
