I'm a beginner and don't have a big pile of cash to constantly laying out money, but I've had a couple marginally successful soil grows. This has given me the push to start going hydro.
I currently have an old bathroom divided in 2 sections with Panda. I have a GH HydroFarm, raising one White Widow mom from feminized seed I bought. I also have a 10 gal DWC I made from a tub from Lowe's and stones & pump from WalMart.
A small, incomplete synopsis of my op, so onto my question......Does anyone have a simple way to measure PPM/EC without a meter..until I get one? I'm measuring pH levels with a yard pond pH kit, similar to a swimming pool kit.
My plants look very healthy, but I'm sure my nutes are not at the levels they should be for optimal growth.
