Yea I understand exactly what you mean.

Its not like it was a human child or anything so why feel remorse for the plant.Ya maybe on the first real crop I ever grew,I had a sense of this sentimentalism, but it passes.Take care of her as long as she lives and no worries when she has matured for the reaping.
