Fellow growers, need your advice!

Hello.

I´m planning to upgrade my current cfl grow to a 600w hps grow and for that i need to build a bigger grow box.
Anyhows, planning on buying 16 18cm x 18cm x 23cm sized pots. Plants are going to be all clones. The breed will be ak-47. My question is, will 180cm in height will be enough ?
Oh, and the extraction fan will be In-line Extractor fan BLAUBERG TUBO-10cm 137m3/h and the carbon filter that i`m planning to buy is rated at 175m3/h so i think that air going out should be filtered enough. Still thinking if i should buy another fan for air intake...

Oh... What is the minim height i should consider?

You need to consider the height of your light and the pots. So I'd guess roughly 50cm? Minus the distance you need to keep the light from the plants = 95cm of growing space. Depending on how long you veg. you should be able to make that work. I'd suggest adding a screen.

why dont you train them,hang light weights off the branches,pulling them down,they soon bend up again and it gives a bigger yeald i think. cool tubes are cool. cheers
