Female hermie

Hello i got 5 white widows, and one of them were flowering very slow, the buds are smallest and etc. And this ww on the lower branches have something like seeds,http://img815.imageshack.us/i/atvaizd226.jpg/ but i didnt saw any male sings. Is it bad to leave this hermie near other ww?

if you have a hermie it can certainly polenate the rest of your crop, I would pull it ASAP, but ONLY upon confirmation it is a hermie, could just be very swollen calyx . try and upload a picture of the plants nodes in question.

female hermie is an oxymoron.
