Female...Male.. ? First timer here..

So i just randomly decided to start growing to keep my mind busy and mabye i smoke to much on a daily basis but i still cant tell if this is a male or female from other photos on the site. I have it under light 18hrs a day and 6 hrs complete darkness. Been growing for a little over 3 weeks now give or take some screw ups. Someone please let me know! Thanks a million

you arent gonna be able to tell till your plant is getting a solid 12 hours dark a day for at least a week. for people who have been growing a while right around 3 weeks for me it gets easy to spot em. right where the branch and stem and leaf stem meet, theres 2 little spikes growing upwards, right behind those in the crevase yoou will find preflowers. a male preflower looks like a little sack hanging off the plant, that sack turns into clusters of pollen. thats a male. your females will have a teardrop shaped sack that will have 2 obvious white hairs sticking out. those are female.....look for the hairs.

Like ^^^^ he said you need to induce flowering by moving it to 12/2/ light. Its not gonna show anything on 18/6.


But your plant is really small let it veg some more. You still have a ways to go before you find out if its male/female.

If you plan on growing you have to research and study alot! Like make it a priority. You cant half ass growing!

Other than that plant looks good, what kind of lights are you using?
Do you have bigger pots to transplant it?

heres my femenized plants at 3 weeks old. what kind of light you using? nutes? what medium are they in also. these ar 3 weeks, under a 400 hps in one spot and a 600 hps in another. i didnt plan well enough, i planted 60 plants and had to build a 6 by 6 room to fit em all. thats where i stuck the 600hps

to long of light period. shorten to 12 hours. after 3 weeks.lower light level to 8 hours.females will show there traits. rip out the males. go back to 12 hour lighting. should crop in 2 months
