Female plant with a couple of Hermie flowers?

Hey all--
I just harvested my first plant. She was flowering in DWC for 74 days, 400W HPS. I have huge buds drying in the closet. My guess at this point... 4-5 oz dry. She was a big bitch. My question...
As I was trimming her down... i noticed I had some male flowers on the lower branches deep inside the plant. The little "popcorn" buds have some seeds down there. Any idea why I developed some hermie flowers? Was it the lack of light deep into the plant? These little buds seem to be the only ones affected. and I only say about 6 flowers total. Any thoughts on prevention in the future. I have 3 of her sisters in the bloom room wtih no signs of flower or seeds.

unno why but those seeds you should keep if they are viable...becuase they will be 100% fem when you grow them

Will those seeds produce a Hermie if I keep them??? Anyone know why i got the flowers in the first place??

it aint a female no more.....its a hermie not a female plant with hermie flowers lol

no light stress... my grow room is completely light proof... even my basement is light proof... Not a light leak to be had. Any other thoughts?
None of my colas were compromised... they are big... and FEMALE!

hmmmm,its a genetic hermie then.wait....are they actual seeds for sure or are u just guessing? you'll get male flowers on a female towards the end of life if its not pollinated but they wont matter. sure it wasnt swelled caylxs?

I have actual seeds... but only in the little popcorn buds that were deep inside the plant. This plant was a monster... 4 feet tall... 3 feet round in all directions. I was thinking maybe the stress of not getting proper light made them go hermie. But that is just a guess. Ill post a picture tonight.

Ohhh.. and the original seed that I grew this girl from was from BC Seeds... Strain... Chronic.
I have 3 other girls (from clone) in the bloom room with no signs of hermie. They are bigger and beefier than mom. About 40 days in.

it was a genetic hermie most likely. they are not as uncommon as some people think, most just assume they fucked up the lights somehow. femmed seeds have a 1/4 chance of being a genetic hermie is what we came up with in another thread.if thats not the answer i have no clue why/how it hermied

grow em theres always a chance for a female...even if you buy fem seeds theres always a chance for a hermie

This was not a feminized seed. And Im not complaining about the yield or the plant... Ive got more bud off that one plant than I can smoke. I tried a sample last week on a earlier clip... and its powerful.
