If a Feminized lowryder #2 were to turn male, would this plant produce all feminized seeds or would you have to breed it with a female? Even if the male shows no Female parts would that plant be able to produce seeds without a female?

That may be a regular male. Not all seeds you buy as female turn out to by females.

with all seeds they have a tendency to hermie given certain conditions, but I have gotten promising results from pollenating a female clone from a female I forced to hermie, cuz your making a plant with XX chromosomes into a herm. with a weaker y chromosome breeding with another plant with XX chromosomes, resulting in genetics that cancel out the weaker y chromosome leaving you with plants that have XX genetics (female). I've gotten a 90% germ and female rate from this. just keep em healthy and your good.

If you need to force it hard to herm then you might end up with decently stable seeds.. If it turns herm easily, or by mystery, then breeding it with itself will reenforce that tendency..
