Feminized Pure Power Plant with CFL's

go with a cooltube man. i made one for about 5$ for a 70w hps. works like a charm. no tools needed. just duct tape :eyesmoke:

for sure, lights come on in 6 hours, i'll take some pics,
all you need is;

a clear 2L bottle
your 70w hps, (any larger bulb and you'll need 2 2L bottles)
a length of 5inch wide lightproof tubing (got mine at hydro shop)
duct tape
a 4 inch pc fan running on a 12v supply.

the temp in my box is a steady 75-78 and that's with just the cooltube fan running as an outtake, and a passive intake..
 
it would work, but 400's get wayy hotter than 70 - 150watters..

i'd say just use a pyrex bake a round instead of the 2L bottle.
