Has anybody used botanicare series hydroplex bio-stimulant Bloom enhancer on outdoor plants?

0.5-4-10

and what do these number mean?

N-P-K thats what those numbers mean and no, I have not used that fertilizer.

.5% Nitrogen, 4% Phosphates, 10% Potassium, the other 85.5% is filler

probably, there are usually trace minerals in there too if the fert company has any idea how to grow plants
