Fight back against dr.chronic

Even a handful of complaints should be reason enough to find seeds elsewhere, i mean why even take the chance. If he really sends the seeds people would be getting letters in empty boxes

my first order from the Dr came no problem. my second came minus one bean? I emailed him about it and he never got back to me. funny because when i emailed him about my order etc he always got back to me. Just because of that and what I am hearing I am gonna go with attitude. I will try them out next grow. I like the pix and mix feature so if they send quick etc like they say they will be my new seedbank.
 
I've ordered twice from him, once a month ago and once two months ago. Never had a problem with either. Two months ago order came in a week and a half, the one last month came in 3 days .... both to the states.

But I've heard they are under new management, so who knows. But I find it hard to believe that they would turn from a great company to a 100% shitty one in a weekend. Who knows though. None the less I appreciate the heads up.

I'm not saying it's true or not, just hard for me to immagine a reputable company went to shit literally over night. But crazier things have happened, for sure.

Either way though, it doesn't matter why ... new management, new habit, new customs agent, if you arn't getting your order then you arn't getting your order and you need to go to someone who will give it up.

My concern is less with the big orders that arn't getting placed (no offense guys) but with the lack of customer service. If he's dicking people out of seeds, charging more to people's cards than he's suposed to, who is to say he isn't holding on to our information as insurance if/when he get's caught? Bad customer service is a very bad sign of things to come.
 
yea no shit, some fukwad used my cc number online and ordered 3,000. worth of stuff. i got a email alert from bank of america and reputed the transaction. i have fraud protect. anyway. but still. i cancellled the cc for new one and number. 'i got an email alert off the old number a week later , where they were booking a flight online using worthless cc number, to russia. so who knows. i have used thaat cc to seed co. before. i just believe the company had cheap security for cc orders and some hackers cutting them to pieces. attitude has mcafee which is the best. i look for that now.:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:

I order alot of shit with my card, and they always locking it up due to activity.
 
yea i bet we done cost the doc a grand or 2 from fukin with us. i will help keep the drive alive, aint got nuthin else to do,haha:lol:
